Where are your offices based?

We are based in Centurion, but run our company virtually which means it doesn't matter where you are: we can help you.


How do I get started?

If you are ready to move forward and work with us, the best way to get started is to fill in the client questionnaire. We can then evaluate your feedback based on what you need and how we can achieve those needs with the various packages we have to offer.

We will then be able to share a services proposal with you, after which we can set up a discovery call to finalise any questions or concerns you have before we get started on your project and your onboarding process.

What exactly is Digital Marketing?

Digital marketing is the component of marketing that utilizes internet and online based digital technologies such as desktop computers, mobile phones and other digital media and platforms to promote products and services. It is a broad field, including attracting customers via email, content marketing, search platforms, social media, and more.

Essentially it is a form of marketing for promoting and selling products or services on the Internet. It’s the process of leveraging different online marketing channels like search engines, social media networks, and email to reach your target audience.

Through digital marketing, you can find people interested in your offering, interact with them, and build trust with your brand.

Digital marketing has a number of types, the most important are website marketing, search engine optimization, content marketing, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, video marketing, and affiliate marketing.

It can consist of but not limited to:

  • Social Media Marketing & Management (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Twitter, Whatsapp, Tik Tok, Snapchat etc.)

I personally don’t spend a lot of time on social media. Will digital marketing work for my business?


There are 1.82 billion daily active users on Facebook, as of 2020, and over 2.7 billion monthly active users.

78% of these consumers say they’ve discovered products on Facebook and the average Facebook user clicks on 11 ads per month.

And 81% of people use Instagram to help research products and services and 2 in 3 people say the network helps foster interactions with brands. 130 million Instagram users tap on shopping posts every month.

The reason why digital marketing has taken the world by storm is the fact that consumer trends have changed. After the massive impact of Covid-19 it has changed even more. Think about yourself, when you opt to purchase a product or brand that someone recommended, your first reaction is to Google them, go onto their website and social platforms to establish their expertise, legitimacy and to see what the feedback is from other clients. Social media has now become the new “storefront” and developing your presence online can not only increase your sales and client base but also provide you with digital assets increasing your company’s nett worth.

Can I do social media management myself to start with?

This will all depend on whether or not you have the time to determine and implement the correct strategy:

Here are some of the common mistakes we have noticed when clients manage their own platforms:

  • Targeting the incorrect market, or not even knowing who their ideal client is and how to target them

  • Creating social posts that SELL, instead of TELLING. Using a hard sell approach where a business constantly tries to sell to the audience instead of engaging and adding value and then meeting the needs of the audience.

  • The BOOST button or correctly known as Paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns - Boosting a post

Facebook and Instagram have a vast range of objective based campaigns , to assist you in growing your page, or reaching the right target audience or promoting a specific service or product. This is an extremely effective tool and platform but can be overwhelming and time consuming if you are not familiar with it.

I don’t see any prices or specific packages on your website?

Digital Marketing can include a wide variety of elements, and as we offer a big selection, it is better if you fill in the client questionnaire, so we can better see what your needs are and direct you towards the best options for you that way. We prefer to get in touch with our clients directly once we evaluate your client questionnaire so we can discuss the next steps for you and how we can best assist you in finding the right solutions for your business needs and budget.

Do I have to get started with everything at once?

No, we will walk you through the strategy we feel is best for you based on your required results and needs. We will map out a strategy for you and we can see where you want to add, or change as we work together.

We do however, recommend a basic starting plan of 3 months so we can ensure the implementation of the strategy sees long lasting results for you.

How would I know what package/ options I need for my specific business? And can I add on extras to your set packages?

We have experts ready to assist you and map out the correct elements that we can use for your business. The more specific and accurately you fill in the client questionnaire, the better we are able to assist.

Once we have evaluated your feedback from the client questionnaire, we do have standard packages worked out that we can offer you based on your requirements. But we can also tailor make a package for you that includes the elements you need for your business. We will be able to advise this once we have a session with you to get more clarity in terms of your expectations and objectives.

What is the time period I need to commit to?

We have various options available. Many services have once off charges, with others having month to month retainer options, and with bigger projects such as a website design, we have a 12 month commitment with monthly payment options.

However, for the best results, we recommend an absolute minimum of 3 months to ensure the strategies are most effective, with a 6-12 month plan yielding best results from previous clients. We will also give you a free strategy consultation every 6 months to evaluate your business results and see how we can amend the strategy to ensure most effective results based on the changing needs of our business.

When will I be able to see a return on investment?

Digital marketing is very much like dating, you need to determine what you are looking for in an ideal partner before you can start courting them. Once the courtship starts you need to get to know the person and impress them, build the “LIKE, KNOW & TRUST” Factor and then can you propose to them. The same goes for a digital marketing strategy campaign, it can take an average of 6 - 12 months to start seeing real growth.
