First though, what exactly is an entrepreneurial mindset?
It is a way of thinking that enables you to overcome challenges, be decisive and accept responsibility for your outcomes.
If entrepreneurship is the practice of creating, developing, and running your own business, then an entrepreneurial mindset is the mode of thinking that helps you achieve those goals.
It is a constant need to improve your skills, learn from your mistakes, and take continuous action on your ideas.

You need to know what they want and need before they do.
